Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site milestones (e.g., SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: build US site budgets and study-specific language for trials.
• Contract Negotiation: lead direct negotiations and finalize trials agreements.
• Risk Management: conduct due diligence and escalate issues as needed.
• Project Leadership: oversee multiple contracting projects across therapies.
• Tools & Compliance: use CTMS and maintain accurate trackers; ensure GCP/SOP adherence.
