Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to oversee budgets and clinical trial agreements for sponsor-dedicated US studies.

You will negotiate with major academic institutions and coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliant, timely CTA execution across oncology programs. This role requires strong negotiation, project leadership, and Excel/CTMS proficiency, with a focus on minimizing risk while maximizing study efficiency in a remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and meet tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and siterelated milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Build US site budgets and study-specific budget language for Pharma & Vaccine clinical trials.
• Lead direct negotiations with large academic institutions and other critical stakeholders.
• Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements that balance business objectives with legal and operational protections.
• Conduct due diligence checks such as FMV assessments and site justification reviews when initial offers are declined.
• Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across several therapeutic areas (oncology preferred).
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
