Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to support sponsor-dedicated programs across US sites, including oncology. You will develop budgets, negotiate clinical trial agreements, and lead multiple contracting projects while mitigating risk.

The role requires strong negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in CTMS and Excel. Remote-based from the US with potential travel for high-impact studies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities and lead projects under tight timelines.
• Understanding of clinical study protocols and milestones (SIV).

Responsibilities

• Budgeting and template development for US site trials.
• Lead contract negotiations with academic institutions.
• Manage multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and sponsor processes.
• Develop and maintain trackers and communicate with stakeholders.
