Syneos Health seeks a Senior Site Contracts Manager for sponsor-dedicated trials, remote US-based. You will develop, negotiate, and manage US site budgets and clinical trial agreements, collaborating with internal teams and major academic institutions to ensure robust, compliant contracts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building budgets and contracts from templates.
• Direct experience negotiating with large academic institutions.
• Ability to juggle priorities, lead projects, and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Strong understanding of clinical study protocols, timelines, and site-related milestones (e.g., SIV).
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Template Development: Build US site budget templates and study-specific language for trials.
• Contract Negotiation & Risk Management: Lead negotiations and finalize CTAs balancing objectives with protections.
• Project Leadership & Delivery: Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects across therapeutic areas.
• Tools, Systems & Communication: Proficient in Excel and CTMS; maintain trackers and communicate updates.
• Compliance, Collaboration & Improvement: Maintain GCP knowledge; train team; drive process improvements.
