Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in medical/biological/physical/health/pharmacy or related field OR two-year degree plus four years of CRO/pharma experience.
• Minimum seven years of CRO or pharmaceutical start-up/site management experience.
• Strong leadership and multi-priority project management skills.
• Thorough understanding of clinical trial start-up, site activation, and project execution.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA/EU regulations.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and cross-cultural communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and site activation across assigned clinical projects.
• Primary contact for site activation deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical path and budget.
• Monitor site identification, regulatory submissions, and contract progression.
• Assess risks, mitigate issues, and escalate as needed for on-time delivery.
• Track activation metrics and report status to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain site activation plans and budgets with project teams.
• Mentor Site Activation Managers and contribute to SOPs and best practices.
