Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Site Activation Manager II to lead start-up and activation of clinical research sites across complex studies. You will serve as the accountable lead for activation deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination with sponsors and sites.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in medical, life sciences, or related field.
• Minimum seven years CRO/pharma start-up/site management experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead study start-up and site activation activities across assigned projects.
• Primary point of contact for site activation deliverables, timelines, and performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete critical path activities on time and within budget.
• Monitor site identification, qualification, essential document collection, regulatory submissions, and contracts.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track and communicate site activation metrics and project status to sponsors.
• Develop and maintain site activation plans with project teams and budgets.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, and business development activities related to site activation.
• Coach and mentor Site Activation Managers and support SOP improvement.
