Job summary

Confidential seeks a Sr. Associate, ServiceNow to join our Consulting practice. You will lead planning and execution of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, ITOM, or IRM, coordinating on-shore and off-shore teams to deliver agile-based outcomes.

You will evaluate platform performance, debug issues, and establish development standards while preparing progress reports for stakeholders. Travel may be required; U.S. work authorization is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of managing and maintaining enterprise systems
• Direct management of the ServiceNow platform with ITSM/ITOM/IRM focus
• Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience
• One full ServiceNow implementation completed; CSA certification and CIS options preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of ServiceNow implementations across ITSM/ITOM/IRM
• Lead on-shore and off-shore teams on agile deliverables
• Develop and enforce ServiceNow development standards
• Prepare reports on project progress for stakeholders
