Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD to design, configure, and optimize HR service delivery. You will partner with HR, tech and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions and enable automation and self-service adoption.

You will translate business needs into platform configurations, support testing, analytics, and drive continuous improvement across the employee experience. Remote work option available and occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platform (Workday/UKG).
• 1+ year translating business needs into technical requirements including case/knowledge management or service delivery.
• 1+ year knowledge management, portal optimization or business process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate into functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Lead discovery and process design to simplify and standardize HR processes.
• Serve as the liaison between HR and technical teams, translating business needs across audiences.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning and delivery of HR technology solutions including AI-enabled cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, workflows and employee experiences.
• Review configurations and maintain platform standards, data models, roles and security requirements.
• Support knowledge management and employee self-service strategies, including content governance and migration of legacy content.
• Ensure change control, data privacy, security and audit readiness.
• Lead functional testing and coordinate UAT, defect resolution and regression testing for releases/upgrades.
• Develop dashboards, track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve HR service delivery.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
