Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD in the United States to design, configure, optimize, and operate the HRSD platform. You will bridge HR, technology, and employee experience, translating business needs into effective configurations and capabilities.

You will also drive testing, reporting, and continuous improvement across HR services, including AI-enabled use cases, with a focus on stability, compliance, and self-service adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platform preferred.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements.

Aufgaben

• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and user stories.
• Lead discovery, process design, and standardization of HR processes.
• Serve as the liaison between HR stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support backlog prioritization, releases, and AI-enabled use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows and data models.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights to improve HR service delivery.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution and regression testing.
