Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD to design, configure, optimize, and operate the HRSD platform. You will partner with HR, technology, and stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions and drive employee experience improvements.

You will translate business requirements into platform configurations, support case and knowledge management, perform testing, develop reporting, and drive continuous improvement across HR services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year of experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR technology platform (Workday/UKG).
• 1+ year translating business needs into technical requirements (case/knowledge management).
• 1+ year experience with knowledge management, portal optimization or process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate into functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Lead discovery and process design to simplify and standardize HR processes.
• Serve as the liaison between HR and technical teams, translating concepts across audiences.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning and AI-enabled HR use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and workflows.
