Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, ServiceNow HRSD, to design, configure, and operate the HR Service Delivery platform. You will bridge HR, technology, and employee experience, driving scalable and user-centered HR solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will translate business requirements into platform configurations, support AI-enabled HR use cases, and help improve self-service and operational efficiency for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platform.
• 1+ year translating business needs into technical requirements.
• 1+ year knowledge management, portal optimization or process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from HR and translate into functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Lead discovery and process design to standardize HR processes before tech.
• Serve as liaison between HR and technical teams for clear communication.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning and HR tech solutions including AI use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD workflows and employee experiences.
• Review configurations, data models, roles and security requirements.
• Support knowledge management and self-service, content governance and migration of legacy content.
• Ensure change control, data privacy, security and audit readiness.
• Lead functional testing and coordinate UAT, defects and regression testing.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve HR service delivery and experience.
• Partner with tech teams on integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
