Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD to lead design, configuration, and continuous improvement of HR Service Delivery. You will translate business needs into platform configurations, work with HR, IT, and Compliance to deliver scalable HR solutions, and support AI-enabled HR use cases to improve self-service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year of ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR tech experience.
• 1+ year of requirements translation to technical specs, including case and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Design, config, optimize and operate ServiceNow HRSD platform.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and regression testing for releases and upgrades.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
