Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD to design, configure, and optimize the HR Service Delivery platform. You will partner with HR and technology teams to translate business needs into actionable configurations and ensure compliant, scalable solutions.

You will drive testing, analytics, and continuous improvement, supporting AI-enabled HR use cases and employee self-service enhancements to improve experience and efficiency across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in business analysis, HR technology, or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year with ServiceNow HRSD or similar platform.
• 1+ year translating business needs into technical requirements.
• 1+ year knowledge management, portal optimization or process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Lead discovery and process design to simplify and standardize HR processes before applying technology solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between HR and technical teams, translating business needs and technical concepts.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning and delivery of HR technology solutions, including AI-enabled HR use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities, workflows and employee experiences.
• Review configurations, data models, roles and security requirements.
• Support knowledge management and self-service strategies, including content governance, search effectiveness, and migration of legacy content.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and audit readiness for changes.
• Lead testing cycles including UAT, defect resolution and regression testing.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Collaborate on integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems and support change enablement.
