Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD to design, configure, and optimize HR service delivery. You will collaborate with HR owners, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered HR solutions and drive continuous improvement across the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platform (e.g., Workday, UKG).
• 1+ year translating business needs into technical requirements (case management, knowledge management, or service delivery).
• 1+ year knowledge management, portal optimization or business process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and success criteria.
• Lead discovery and process design to standardize HR processes.
• Serve as liaison between HR and technical teams, translating needs across audiences.
• Support backlog prioritization, releases, including AI-enabled HR use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and workflows.
• Review configurations and maintain platform standards, data models, roles and security requirements.
• Support knowledge management and employee self-service strategies, including content governance and migration of legacy content.
• Ensure compliance, change control, and audit readiness.
• Lead functional testing and coordinate UAT, defect resolution and regression testing.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to improve HR service delivery and employee experience.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
