Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for ServiceNow HRSD to design, configure, optimize and operate the HRSD platform. You will partner with HR, technology, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-centered HR solutions and translate requirements into platform configurations.

You will lead testing, analytics and continuous improvement, including AI-enabled HR use cases, while ensuring stability, privacy and regulatory alignment across employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of professional experience in business analysis, HR technology or HR service delivery.
• 1+ year experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platform (Workday/UKG).
• 1+ year translating business needs into technical requirements (case mgmt, knowledge mgmt or service delivery).
• 1+ year knowledge management, portal optimization or business process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into platform configurations and user stories.
• Lead discovery and process design to standardize HR processes.
• Act as liaison between HR, technology and employees for HRSD solutions.
• Support backlog prioritization, release planning and AI-enabled HR use cases.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD capabilities and workflows.
• Review configurations, data models, roles, and security requirements.
• Support knowledge management and self-service strategies and content migration.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and audit readiness.
• Lead functional testing and coordinate UAT, defect resolution and regression testing.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs and actionable insights to improve HR service delivery.
