Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Software Developer Senior to remotely contribute to mission-critical government projects. You will build and customize ServiceNow apps, automate with scripts, and integrate with other systems using REST/SOAP, while performing admin tasks and optimizing interfaces.

You will collaborate with end users, stakeholders, and management to develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses, ensuring reliable platform health and user support across the organization.

• Build and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Create custom scripts, including Business Rules and Script Includes, to automate processes
• Connect the ServiceNow platform with other systems using REST/SOAP
• Perform administrative tasks, such as user and role management, system maintenance, and health checks
• Customize user interfaces, forms, and workflows to meet business needs
• Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for issues related to integrated processes and platform functionality
