Job summary

NuAxis Innovations is seeking a talented ServiceNow Developer for a Full-Time Remote position. The ServiceNow Developer will support IT users and systems, administering the ServiceNow platform across modules, with a focus on configuration, integration, and automation.

You will work with IT and product teams to design scalable solutions, build dashboards, and ensure best practices, while aligning with federal IT standards and customer experience goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and ServiceNow certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITIL concepts and ServiceNow integration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance all aspects of ServiceNow including modules and catalogs.
• Develop dashboards and reports for IT users and stakeholders.
• Integrate ServiceNow with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, and external systems.
• Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Establish coding standards and participate in testing and documentation.
