You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reports, dashboards, and data insights while maintaining certifications and pursuing professional growth in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and customizing ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules.
• Proficiency with integration methods like SOAP and REST.
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript or similar languages.
• Familiarity with CMDB, Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Ability to analyze requirements and deliver workable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules.
• Create custom scripts to automate processes and meet business requirements.
• Connect ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP.
• Perform admin tasks like user/role management and health checks.
• Customize UI, forms, and workflows to fit business needs.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot integrated processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reports and dashboards.
• Participate in reviews and continual process improvement.
• Maintain ServiceNow certifications and pursue new ones.
