GovCIO is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-enabling applications for HUD in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will build App Engine and UI Builder solutions, drive SDLC processes, and collaborate with stakeholders across federal programs.

Responsibilities include configuring ServiceNow apps, integrating with external systems, ensuring HUD cybersecurity alignment, and producing documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow apps for federal civilian agencies.
• Proven ability to execute the SDLC using Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps.
• Experience implementing and securing ServiceNow apps per HUD cybersecurity requirements.
• Proficiency integrating ServiceNow with external systems and APIs.
• Translate program office needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with HUD stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of HUD enterprise architecture standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable apps.
• Execute the full SDLC using Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall.
• Troubleshoot integration, MID Server, deployment, and defects.
• Apply ServiceNow best practices to minimize technical debt and ensure security.
• Maintain HUD cybersecurity compliance and data protection standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and update logs.
• Support modernization and migration of legacy workflows.
• Provide platform insights on governance and digital transformation.
