GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain mission-enabling applications for HUD. This fully remote role involves delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions and automated workflows across the full software lifecycle.

You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement integrations with external systems, and ensure compliance with HUD security requirements. Candidates should have 12+ years experience and federal housing/Grants domain exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications for federal civilian agencies.
• Experience operating SDLC using Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps under HUD IT governance/frameworks.
• Experience securing ServiceNow per HUD OCIO cybersecurity requirements, DHS/OMB directives, FISMA, and ATO processes.
• Proficiency integrating ServiceNow with external systems commonly used across federal agencies.
• Ability to translate housing program needs into scalable technical solutions for ServiceNow.
• Strong communication with HUD stakeholders including program analysts and cybersecurity teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced federal environments while complying with enterprise standards.
• Experience with ServiceNow APIs, data sources, and system integrations.

Aufgaben

• Develop and configure applications within the ServiceNow platform (App Engine, Flow Designer, UI Builder).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate needs into scalable apps.
• Execute the full SDLC using Scrum, Agile, DevSecOps, Lean, and Waterfall.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration, MID Server, deployment, and defect issues.
• Apply ServiceNow governance to minimize technical debt and ensure compliance.
• Maintain HUD cybersecurity compliance and federal data protection standards.
• Produce technical documentation and Update Set logs.
• Support lifecycle modernization and migration of legacy workflows.
• Provide governance insights for capability planning and digital transformation.
