This role emphasizes technical leadership, customer trust, and collaborative problem solving across geographies. Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in pre-sales, deep networking and security expertise, and the ability to travel as needed to support

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pre-sales/sales engineering experience in Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE.
• Experience with L2-L4 Networking and routing protocols.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with customers.
• Deep understanding of NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP, and BYOD.
• Knowledge of On-Premise and Cloud-Delivered Network Security Technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Sales Specialists and local partners.
• Identify and document specific problems with prospective and current customers which can be solved through the deployment of integrated solutions.
• Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified problems in each individual environment.
• Deliver presentations/demonstrations to prospective and current clients, PoC, RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption.
• Continuously learn to maintain technical leadership of applicable technologies (data center, SDN, public cloud, security, networking).
• Differentiate against top competitors.
• Act as customer advocate and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues.
