Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre‑sales/sales engineering in security domains.
• Experience with L2-L4 networking protocols and routing.
• Outstanding customer communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven ability to engage with customers and translate needs into solutions.
• Solid understanding of NGFW, SASE, SD‑WAN, CASB, DLP and BYOD.
• Deep knowledge of on‑premise and cloud security technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers with Sales Specialists.
• Identify and document problems solvable by integrated security solutions.
• Architect and propose validated solutions addressing environment-specific issues.
• Deliver presentations and PoCs, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and drive adoption.
• Ensure ongoing customer happiness and successful solution adoption.
• Continuously learn to maintain technical leadership in applicable tech areas.
• Differentiate against top competitors and act as customer advocate.
