Job summary
Zscaler is seeking a Senior Service Sales Manager to remotely lead the service sales function within US enterprise and commercial accounts. The role focuses on scoping and selling Zscaler Professional Services, partnering with the license sales team, and ensuring successful deployment outcomes across delivery and customer success teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor, producing proposals, SOWs, and resource plans while collaborating with sales engineers, architects, and regional sales
Qualifications
- 5+ years selling Professional Services or Technology Solutions.
- 5+ years building and maintaining partner relationships throughout delivery.
- 2+ years scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs and proposals.
- 3+ years technical experience with Security, Networking, SaaS, and IaaS.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Articulate and sell the value of Professional Services within enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Architects on proposals.
- Own Services bookings quota in the assigned territory and achieve attach rates.
- Lead technical scoping, proposals, and resource plans for complex solutions.
- Lead training discovery and ensure training recommendations are included in proposals.
