Job summary

CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle for our SaaS platform and consulting services. You will act as a trusted advisor, focus on compliance achievement, security posture, and sustained platform adoption, while proactively monitoring client health and renewal opportunities.

You will lead cross-functional delivery, coordinate executive reviews, and drive value realization for higher education and other aligned sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client success, customer success, account management, or project management within SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
• Experience managing client relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
• Experience coordinating work across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PCIP certification within 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client success lifecycle including onboarding, success planning, ongoing engagement, and renewal support.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with defined outcomes and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance status, and platform usage.
• Identify risks or barriers to success and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level business reviews that communicate progress and value delivered.
• Serve as primary strategic contact for clients and foster long-term relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure timely, high-quality execution of engagements.
• Drive platform adoption through outreach, training coordination, and usage reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales with contextual client insights.
