Job summary

Nelnet CampusGuard is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle for our SaaS platform and consulting services. You will drive onboarding, success planning, and ongoing engagement while coordinating with internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes risk management, executive reviews, and long‑term client relationships, with a focus on compliance and security programs. Remote work is available for authorized US residents.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in client success, customer success, account management, or project management within a SaaS, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PCIP certification required within the first 12 months of employment.
• Experience coordinating work across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end client success lifecycle, including onboarding, success planning, ongoing engagement, and renewal support.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with defined outcomes, milestones, and adoption goals.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance status, and platform utilization.
• Identify risks and opportunities, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level business reviews to communicate progress and value.
• Serve as the primary strategic contact for clients, building long‑term relationships.
