CampusGuard, a Nelnet Company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the client lifecycle, drive measurable outcomes from our SaaS platform and consulting services, and act as a trusted advisor. The role emphasizes compliance achievement, security posture improvement, and sustained platform adoption across education and government sectors.

The CSM must be authorized to work in the United States and will not sponsor visas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PCIP certification required within first 12 months.
• Experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services with client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end client success lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Develop and maintain documented client success plans with outcomes and milestones.
• Monitor client health using engagement data, sentiment, compliance status, and platform usage.
• Identify risks and barriers to success and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level reviews communicating progress and value delivered.
• Serve as primary strategic contact for clients, building long-term relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery for timely, high-quality execution.
• Drive platform adoption through proactive outreach, training, and reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales with client insights.
