Qualifications

• 5+ years of Risk Management experience with security-centric frameworks (NIST RMF, COSO ERM, ISO 31000).
• Experience designing and executing qualitative and quantitative risk analyses.
• Experience translating vulnerabilities and control gaps into actionable risk statements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve daily operations of the Risk Management program, including automated cyber risk operations.
• Maintain risk registers and KRIs; ensure risks are identified, evaluated and mitigated.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate risks clearly and drive actions.
• Review risk treatment effectiveness and recommend solutions.
• Prepare risk reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders.
• Analyze data to identify trends and build predictive models for risks.
• Use risk modeling tools to assess legal, financial, operational, and security impact.
• Develop ad-hoc reports to support risk decisions.
• Coordinate with auditors to support compliance assessments.
