Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Manager, Risk Management to lead the enterprise risk program within the GRC function. You will design, operate, and mature risk identification, assessment, and treatment, partnering with IT, Legal, Compliance, and leadership to ensure well-understood risk posture.

You will drive risk taxonomy, KRIs, and policy maintenance, while mentoring a team of risk analysts and collaborating on audits and regulatory exams. This role is remote with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in risk management, GRC, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 31000, NIST RMF.
• Experience leading enterprise risk programs in mid-to-large organizations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for executives.
• Proven ability to influence across levels without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/IS; professional certifications encouraged.
• Regulated industry experience helpful.
• Familiarity with GRC platforms listed above.
• MBA/MS in risk management preferred.
• Leadership and team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the enterprise risk management framework and reporting cadences.
• Lead periodic risk assessments across functions and evaluate controls.
• Evolve risk taxonomy, scoring, and heat maps per COSO/ISO guidance.
• Integrate risk management into strategic planning and product development.
• Prepare risk reports for leadership, Board, and audit committees.
• Establish KRIs and ensure escalation of critical risks.
• Maintain risk policies and drive updates and compliance.
• Advise business leaders on risk and foster a risk-aware culture.
• Collaborate with IT Security, Legal, Privacy and Internal Audit.
• Support third-party and vendor risk management with Procurement and IT.
• Mentor and develop GRC team members.
• Drive automation to improve efficiency and scalability of risk programs.
• Coordinate risk contributions to audits and regulatory exams.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on risk posture.
