Job summary

Solve Energy is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own the in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, wind, and substation systems. You will drive design quality, develop diagrams and BOMs, and ensure compliance with SOLV standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with OT teams on hardware requirements, and lead cross-functional reviews and FAT events to ensure reliable system performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering or equivalent.
• Extensive SCADA design experience for utility-scale PV, BESS, wind, and substations.
• Proven ability to lead design reviews and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own in-house SCADA design for utility-scale projects.
• Define and improve SCADA design standards and practices.
• Review drawings, redlines, and documentation for quality and adherence to SOLV standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and coordinate with OT teams.
• Interface with third-party integrators and lead FATs and technical reviews.
• Coordinate field commissioning support and on-site installation activities.
