Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior SCADA Design Lead to own the in-house SCADA design for utility-scale renewable projects, including PV, BESS, and Wind. You will craft drawings, standards, and documentation, while guiding junior engineers and coordinating with OT teams.

You will resolve complex technical issues, drive design quality, and support project handoffs and commissioning to ensure long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Senior SCADA design experience for utility-scale renewable projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide engineers.
• Proven ability to define design standards and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.
• Own and review detailed design documentation and drawings.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with OT and field teams.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for complex configurations.
