Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a senior SCADA Design Lead to own the in-house design of monitoring and control systems for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.

You will work with AutoCAD, Visio, and related tools to deliver high-quality drawings and standards-driven design documentation. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with OT teams, and ensure commissioning readiness, project handoff, and long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and/or equivalent in electrical, mechanical or energy engineering.
• Experience leading SCADA design for utility-scale PV/BESS projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Visio, and drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-house SCADA design for utility-scale PV, BESS, and wind projects.
• Define and reinforce SCADA design standards and documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate with OT teams on hardware requirements.
