Job summary

Cloud for Good is seeking a Manager – Managed Services to lead Salesforce delivery teams across the USA or Canada. You will manage enterprise-level clients, develop run‑the‑service methodology, and support pre‑sales and sales efforts for new opportunities.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience deploying Salesforce solutions for nonprofits or higher education, strong project and engagement management skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• Certified as Nonprofit Cloud Consultant or Education Cloud Consultant.
• Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge and project/engagement management.
• Experience serving nonprofits and/or higher education institutions.
• 4+ years in client services or consulting.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce implementations or services engagements.
• Experience in Managed Services delivery.
• Proven ability to lead clients and teams through complex projects.
• Ability to manage and resolve client risks and issues for multiple clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Managed Services Consulting Projects as an Engagement Manager and/or Project Manager/Business Analyst.
• Monitor project performance, escalate issues, and ensure quality delivery.
• Work with clients to anticipate risks, meet deadlines, and ensure satisfaction.
• Gather client requirements and refine project scope and timeline.
• Coach and mentor Managed Services Leads and Consultants.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to pitch decks.
• Participate in the Managed Services Leadership Team.
