Qualifications
- Experience operating at Senior Salesforce Administrator level.
- Couple of Salesforce certifications required.
- Ability to combine technical administration with project delivery and user support.
- Strong communication skills for working with internal teams, stakeholders, external partners, and end users.
Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to Salesforce technical projects from planning through implementation.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Gather user needs and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support to Salesforce users.
- Improve processes while supporting data quality, governance, documentation, and user adoption.
- Collaborate with external partners or developers for specialist delivery and contribute to the Salesforce roadmap.
