Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Application Development
• 5 years of experience managing teams
• Experience working on an Agile team
• Proven history of evolving and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Team Leads and Individuals.
• Ensure Salesforce platform supports business needs by working with IT and stakeholders.
• Drive process alignment and improvements across the Salesforce Engineering team.
• Maintain adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical ownership of business processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Propose system changes and enhancements with vendors, users and IT teams.
• Assist in architecting system integrations.
• Manage the lifecycle of applications.
• Participate in key implementation activities and maintain configurations.
• Investigate and resolve application errors and data issues.
• Oversee all technical aspects on projects requiring application knowledge.
