This role requires directing project lifecycles, resolving issues, and guiding teams on delivery excellence. The position emphasizes leadership, agile delivery, and collaboration with vendors and internal teams

Qualifications

• 10 years in application development or related field.
• 5 years as a manager leading teams.
• Experience on Agile teams with process improvement.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Team Leads and Individuals; coordinate with IT and stakeholders.
• Drive process alignment and improve Salesforce engineering practices.
• Own technical aspects of Salesforce projects and integrations.
• Ensure lifecycle management and issue resolution across applications.
