Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of application development experience.
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Experience working on an Agile team.
- Proven track record of evolving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Team Leads and Individual contributors.
- Ensure Salesforce platform supports business needs with IT and stakeholders.
- Drive process alignment and improvements across the Salesforce Engineering team.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms.
