Job summary

Holman Enterprises is seeking a Manager- Salesforce Engineering to lead the Salesforce program and drive technical excellence across the platform. You will coach a team of Team Leads and engineers, partner with IT and stakeholders, and ensure the Salesforce environment robustly supports critical business needs.

You will own architectural decisions, guide integrations, and promote best practices while shaping delivery through Agile processes and strong vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in application development.
• 5 years of experience as a manager.
• Experience working on an Agile team.
• History of evolving and implementing processes, methods and tools to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of Team Leads and individual contributors.
• Ensure Salesforce platform supports business needs.
• Drive process alignment across the Salesforce Engineering team.
• Encourage best practices for enterprise Salesforce platforms.
• Own technical aspects of business processes on Salesforce.
• Propose system changes and liaise with vendors and IT teams.
• Assist in architecting system integrations.
• Manage the life cycle of applications.
• Investigate and resolve application errors and data discrepancies.
• Manage all technical aspects on projects requiring Salesforce knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
