Qualifications
- >4+ years Salesforce Solutions Architect experience
- >Solid understanding of Salesforce.com architecture and API
- >Experience with Salesforce and third-party vendors
- >Familiarity with LWC, Apex classes/triggers, and Flows
- >Experience with deployment toolsets and Agile tools
- >Strong communication with both business and technical teams
- >Knowledge of Boomi or other Integration tools a plus
Responsibilities
- Own high-level design and documentation of Salesforce solution frameworks
- Lead evaluation of user stories for technical implementation
- Maintain Salesforce Extensions and third-party integrations
- Own Salesforce data model, governance, and extension
- Create internal guides and trainings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes in Salesforce
- Provide technical leadership on integration, deployments, testing, and refinement
- Support Development Lead in complex solution implementation and code reviews
- Troubleshoot issues and manage ongoing user requests
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices
