Job summary

Holman is seeking a Manager- Salesforce Engineering to lead the Salesforce team and ensure IT delivers on business needs. You will own technical processes, guide integrations, and drive best practices across the enterprise platform.

You will collaborate with vendors, users and IT colleagues to architect, implement, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions that support enterprise goals and improve user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in application development.
• 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience working on an Agile team.
• Proven track record of evolving processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Team Leads and individuals.
• Work closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports business needs.
• Drive process alignment and improvement across the Salesforce Engineering team.
• Encourage adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms.
• Technical ownership of business processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Propose system changes and enhancements by liaising with vendors, users and IT teams.
• Assist in architecting the system integrations.
• Manage the life cycle of the applications.
• Participate in key implementation activities, learning the platform, configuring the design, and maintaining it.
• Ensure problems are properly investigated to resolve application errors, data discrepancies, or performance issues.
• Manage all technical aspects on projects requiring knowledge of the applications.
