Job summary

Holman Enterprises, a family‑owned, global automotive services organization, is seeking a Manager- Salesforce in New Jersey. You will lead the Salesforce Engineering team, align processes with stakeholders, and own system integrations and architectural decisions to drive business impact.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in application development, strong leadership, and Salesforce-related certifications.

Qualifications

10 years working experience within Application Development.
5 years of experience as a manager.
Experience working on an Agile team.
Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead team of Team Leads and Individuals while coordinating with IT and stakeholders.
Drive process alignment and improvement across the Salesforce Engineering team.
Encourage adherence to Salesforce best practices for enterprise platforms.
Technical ownership of business processes on the Salesforce platform and system integrations.
Manage the life cycle of applications and participate in key implementation activities.
