Job summary

Holman is seeking a seasoned leader to drive a Salesforce-focused platform team. You will guide engineers and team leads to deliver robust solutions and own the Salesforce-driven business processes across the application lifecycle.

The role requires 10+ years in development and 5+ years in management, with Agile/ Scrum experience and relevant certifications a plus. A strong working relationship with IT, vendors, and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in application development and 5+ years in a managerial role.
Experience with Agile teams and evolving processes.
Salesforce, Scrum, or Project Management certifications are a plus; MS Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Salesforce engineers and team leads to deliver high-quality platform solutions.
Act as the technical owner of business processes on the Salesforce platform and manage the application lifecycle.
Drive process alignment and continuous improvement across the engineering team.
Collaborate with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to architect integrations and propose system enhancements.
Oversee implementation activities, configuration, and maintenance while resolving application errors and performance issues.
