GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering and process design across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and shape Tableau-driven real-time insights for operations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide initiatives from discovery through deployment. Ideal candidates bring deep Salesforce experience, Tableau data analytics expertise, and a track record of enterprise-scale
Competenze
- > Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Business/IS.
- • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience; 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- • Strong knowledge of Salesforce suites, Tableau analytics, and Slack integrations.
Mansioni
- > Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and design sessions across functions.
- • Write user stories, functional specs, process diagrams, and UX wireframes for diverse audiences.
- • Define architectures across Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud; modernize reporting with Tableau and Slack workflows.
- • Evaluate Salesforce Flow vs customization to ensure scalability.
- • Lead UAT, testing, and sign-offs; mentor junior analysts; support governance and release strategies.
