Job summary

GAF is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Data Cloud, and drive real-time insights via Tableau for our operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in BA with Salesforce expertise, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with enterprise manufacturing or supply chain contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce.
• Experience with Lead-to-Cash implementations and Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack, and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and design sessions for Salesforce ecosystem.
• Validate deliverables through QA and lead UAT with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and support governance and release strategies.
