Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/Business disciplines.
• 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience with 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and design sessions across business units.
• Author user stories, functional specs, and UX wireframes for a range of audiences.
• Define architectures across Sales/Service/Experience/Data Cloud.
• Modernize reporting with Tableau and Slack-integrated workflows.
• Evaluate Salesforce Flow Builder configurations for scalability.
• Lead UAT and coordinate stakeholder sign-offs.
• Provide mentorship and governance support across releases.
