Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, streamline Slack workflows, and influence real-time insights via Tableau for operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Business Admin IT emphasis or equivalent experience.
5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce.
Salesforce Data Cloud or related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops and design sessions across cross‑functional teams.
Define solution architectures for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud.
Modernize reporting with Tableau and Slack-driven analytics; validate with QA.
