Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/business education with software emphasis.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience, 3+ years in Salesforce projects.
- Experience with Lead-to-Cash in manufacturing or related domains.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and process design across units.
- Define solution architectures for Sales CS, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Modernize reporting with Tableau and Slack-integrated workflows.
