GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize our Lead-to-Cash process, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and shape real-time insights with Tableau and Slack workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/Business.
5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years actively driving projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and design sessions across cross-functional units.
Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
Modernize reporting with Tableau and Slack workflows; ensure scalability with Salesforce configurations.
