Job summary
GAF in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize the Lead-to-Cash process, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and shape Tableau realtime insights for our operations.
Work with cross‑functional teams, document user stories and specs, mentor junior analysts, and ensure scalable, secure configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/BA (IT emphasis) or equivalent.
- 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross-functional business units.
- Author sophisticated user stories, functional spec documents, process swim-lane diagrams, and UX wireframes.
- Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
- Modernize enterprise reporting with Tableau and Slack workflows; evaluate Salesforce Flow Builder for scalability.
- Lead UAT, testing, and sign-offs; mentor junior analysts; support IT governance and release management.
