GAF is seeking a senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize Lead-to-Cash, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and shape real-time Tableau insights for operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of BA experience, 3+ years in Salesforce, and a strong background in data analytics, with expertise in Jira/Azure DevOps and modern enterprise reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Slack integrations, and Tableau analytics.

• Lead discovery workshops and design sessions across cross-functional units.
