Job summary

GAF is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex requirements gathering, process design, and functional strategy across Salesforce and Analytics platforms. You will optimize the Lead-to-Cash process, leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, and shape real-time insights with Tableau for operations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, author sophisticated user stories, and mentor junior analysts while supporting governance and release management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT emphasis), or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Business Analysis experience, with at least 3+ years actively driving projects in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, interviews, and process design sessions across cross-functional business units.
• Define solution architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Modernize enterprise reporting by establishing requirements for Tableau and integrated Slack workflows.
• Collaborate with onshore/offshore development and QA teams to validate deliverables against business logic.
• Provide directional guidance to junior Business Analysts and support IT governance and release management.
